WHATS NEW

The auditorium recently received a $1.8 million dollar renovation upgrade for sound, lighting systems, and stage. Additionally, a new two-story facility was constructed behind the stage to include bathrooms, dressing rooms, green room, exterior loading dock and handicap entrance ramp.

A new strategic partnership formed with SMG concerts will bring more national entertainment to this beautiful and historic venue

The historic Rome City Auditorium is over 100 years old; it officially opened to the public on June 28, 1916 and was added to National Registry of Historic places in 1983. It is the largest theatre of its period still in daily use in the region.
