VENUE AND BOX OFFICE INFORMATION

From ballet and opera to contemporary pop, jazz, rock, country and blues, SMG in conjunction with the Rome Auditorium offers cultural
and entertainment programming for every taste and age all year long. More than just an entertainment center, the Auditorium is also home to graduations, awards ceremonies, lectures, business meetings and charity events that support the community’s schools, churches, hospitals and civic groups. The theatre is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?

Tickets are sold online only. Go to the menu bar at top find EVENTS. while hovering over EVENTS the drop down menu will show you TICKETS AND EVENTS.

After signing up with your email, you will see a list of available events. Click on the "button" for your desired event.You will be redirected to the "Find Tickets" page where you can simply select the number of tickets that you need and add them to your shopping cart.
If the event is 'Assigned Seat', you may be able to select your seat on the interactive seating chart or ask the system to find you the best available seats.
You can see and verify the assigned seats in your shopping cart before making the purchase.Now that you have tickets in your shopping cart, press the "Proceed to Checkout" button to go to the checkout page. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in or create a new account or checkout as a guest. It is quick and easy. On the checkout page, choose the required delivery method and fill out your billing and credit card information to complete the transaction.

Upon successful completion of the transaction, you should receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email will be sent to you. You will also be able to see your tickets using the "My Tickets" link on the main menu.
If e-tickets are selected as the delivery method, you can print your tickets immediately or at a later time using the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and using the "print e-tickets" option from the top menu.

FIRE AND EMERGENCY INFORMATION
The exit indicated by a red light and sign nearest to the seat you occupy is the shortest route to the street. In the event of a fire or other emergency please do not run, WALK TO THAT EXIT. Please follow the directions of the House Staff. If you become aware of a medical or other emergency, please inform the House Staff immediately.
SMOKING
There is no smoking anywhere in the historic Rome Auditorium building. This includes electronic or “e-cigarettes.”
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Food and beverage are permitted inside the theatre at many events, but please help us maintain this historic theatre for
future generations by disposing of your trash in the lobby receptacles.
CELL PHONES AND PAGERS
Please turn your electronic communication devices to SILENT during the performance. If you need to use your
device during the performance, please go to the lobby.
RESTROOMS
On the ground floor, the Men’s and Women’s rooms are located to the left & right of the lobby as you enter the building.
There is a wheelchair accessibility in both bathrooms ground floor Lobby.
PUBLIC TELEPHONES
The Rome auditorium does not have a public telephone. If you need to make an emergency call, please ask an usher for assistance.

VENUE EJECTION POLICY
The Rome Auditorium and SMG reserves the right to eject any person, with or without warning, if that person is disruptive,or might cause harm to himself/herself, or cause harm to others, or cause damage to the venue. Disruptive behavior is defined as, but not limited to: offensive, profane or threatening language to others; public drunkenness; fighting or threatening to fight; throwing objects of any kind; standing on chairs; or any other behavior deemed by theatre personnel as disruptive or dangerous in nature. The theatre encourages audience members to report any problems to the theatre staff. In event of extreme situations,ask to see the House Manager.
AUDIO, VIDEO AND PHOTO POLICY
It is the policy of all SMG concerts at the Rome Auditorium that audio, video and photographic recording is permitted at most performances, as long as it is for personal use, not for commercial gain, and the recording is made using personal electronic equipment, such as a smart phone. Cameras, video cameras, tablets, and audio equipment are not permitted. Such recording should be made discreetly from your seat. Flash photography and bright lights are never permitted. Persons whose activities disturb other audience members may be asked to cease such activities or be subject to ejection. The theatre is the sole arbiter of what equipment and activities are permissible. The theatre reserves the right to amend this policy at any time for any performance, for any reason, including a complete prohibition of such activities.
